Snail Mail (Untracked)

All snail mail is sent via untracked standard postal mail. Delivery times vary depending on region.

We are not responsible for delays, lost mail, or postal service issues. For missing mail, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Clay Products (Future)

Clay items will ship with tracking unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and handling times will be displayed at checkout.


4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice.

Payment is processed through Shopify’s secure payment system. Your payment information is not stored by us.


5. Accuracy of Information

Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped.
If you contact us quickly after placing an order, we may be able to cancel it, but it is not guaranteed.

  • No refunds are offered.
  • Snail mail is untracked and cannot be refunded or guaranteed.
  • If snail mail does not arrive after the stated waiting time, you may request a replacement copy.
  • Clay products (future) may be replaced if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

You are responsible for providing a correct, complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
