Snail Mail Products (Untracked)
* Sent via standard, untracked postal mail
* No tracking number is provided
* A free replacement copy may be requested if the mail does not arrive within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy
Clay Products (Coming Soon)
* Will include tracked shipping unless stated otherwise
* Processing and shipping times may differ from snail mail products
* May ship separately if ordered alongside snail mail items

❌ Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled only if they have not been shipped yet.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at tiredberryco@gmail.com.
Please note:
* Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on whether the order has already begun processing or shipping.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
This includes snail mail items, which often ship on the 11th every month.

🔄 Changes to Orders
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed mail caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
