Thank you for supporting my small shop! Below you’ll find my policies regarding refunds, returns, and replacements. Please read carefully before placing an order.


Snail Mail Products (Untracked Mail)

All snail mail items are sent through standard, untracked postal mail. Because untracked mail does not offer delivery confirmation, I cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Refunds

I do not offer refunds for snail mail products, including:

  • Lost mail
  • Delayed mail
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Replacements for Missing Mail

If your snail mail has not arrived within a month from the shipping date (recommendation: 4–6 weeks for international, 2–4 weeks domestic), you may request a free replacement copy.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email me at [your email] with your order number,
  2. Confirm your correct mailing address, and
  3. State that the original item did not arrive.

Replacements are offered once per order.
