Mail Clubs

𝜗ৎ When does my mail ship?

All letters are mailed on the 11th of each month using regular stamp postage (no tracking).
If you sign up on or before the 11th, you’ll get that month’s letter.
If you sign up after the 11th, your subscription will start the next month. Estimated delivery times:
• U.S.: 2–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days Thanks for your patience while your snail mail travels!

𝜗ৎ I haven’t received my mail yet — what should I do?

Mail can take time!
If you haven’t received your letter within:
2–3 weeks in the U.S.
2–5 weeks internationally → Please reach out to us so we can help.
We can’t offer refunds for lost letters, but if it’s been over a month, we’ll send a replacement!

𝜗ৎ Change my address / Cancel my subscription

Any changes or cancellations must be made before the 9th of each month. Changes made after the 9th may not apply to the current months billing.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us.
(Updating your address in the portal alone will not notify us — we must change it on our end!)

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions are billed on the 9th of each month. Cancelations made before the 9th will stop that months charge and shipment. if you cancel on or after the 9th, your cancelation will apply to the next month and you will still receive the current months letter since payment has already been proccessed.

You can update your payment info directly in the customer portal when you log in.

𝜗ৎ It’s past the 11th — can I still get this month’s letter?

Extra items (postcards, stickers, etc.) are available at the end of the month and can be purchased separately if in stock.

Shipping & Delivery

𝜗ৎ Where can I track my order?

Most orders ship with affordable untracked stamped mail through USPS, so tracking will not be available. If you want tracking, please choose the upgraded shipping option at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed untracked mail.
If you did purchase tracking, you can use the link in your shipping confirmation email or check your account order history.

𝜗ৎ How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary based on location, time of year, and chosen shipping method. Here are general estimates for untracked mail:

  • USA (USPS First Class): 1–14 business days
  • International (USPS First Class Intl): 7–21 business days

𝜗ৎ My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Letter mail can take a little longer sometimes! Please check the estimated time frames above. If your order is still missing after that, email us at tiredberryco@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help you out.

𝜗ৎ Customs, duties, VAT, etc.

  • USA orders: No duties or taxes.
  • International orders: No duties or taxes for stamped letter mail.
    For international customers choosing stamped letter mail, we recommend ordering one letter per order to help avoid customs issues.

𝜗ৎ How long will it take for my order to be packaged? 

Please allow 3-10 days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. I Am a one person team that's currently juggling all parts of this business so we really appreciate your understanding and patience!

If your order was placed with a subcription, it will take longer to fulfill.

𝜗ৎ Can I change my address after ordering?

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. If you realize there's a mistake, contact us as soon as possible—changes can only be made before the order is processed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address.

𝜗ৎ Do you offer discounts?

Sales for special events will run at random join the newsletter to be the first to know and get exclusive discounts!  (we promise we won't spam you) Follow our instagram and TikTok for more exclusives and updates !

𝜗ৎ When will products be restocked?

All mail club products such as Berry Letters will not be restocked after selling out. Some sticker sheets, art prints, postcards and stickers will restock occasionally depending on interest and availability. so please try to get them while stock is in !

𝜗ৎ What is your return policy?

At this time, we do not accept any refunds, exchange or cancellations. However, if you have an issue with your order, do reach out to us first! We can work something out.
