📮 Snail Mail Products (Untracked Mail)
All snail mail items are shipped using standard, untracked postal mail.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within two weeks before shipping date.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time Estimates
Because snail mail is untracked, delivery times vary by country:
* Domestic: approx. 2–4 weeks
* International: approx. 4–6+ weeks
These are estimates only — delays can occur due to postal service issues, customs, weather, holidays, etc.
Tracking
Snail mail orders do not include tracking.
If you prefer tracked shipping, please choose a product option with tracking (if available).
Missing Mail
If your snail mail has not arrived after the estimated timeframe above, you may request a free replacement copy.

When clay items become available, they will ship separately from snail mail items.
Processing Time
Clay items typically ship within [2-3 weeks] depending on production time.
Tracked Shipping
Clay products will include tracked shipping unless stated otherwise. Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a clay item arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days after arrival with photos so we can assist you with a replacement.

📦 Combined Orders
If you purchase snail mail and clay products together, they may ship separately depending on the items ordered.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
